What do each of you focus on more Health or Wealth? Or are you working on a balance of the two?

Re: Health or Wealth?
When a poor man loses his wealth, he had nothing to start with.
When a rich man loses his wealth, he can fall back on his skills and training and regain some of his wealth back.
But, when your health goes as you age prematurely, it is hard to get that back.
It's good to have some wealth. It is even better to have your health!

It is still better to have your health overall.
Without it, no amount of wealth will get it back!

You can have all the money in the world but if your health is not there than what do you really have?? I met a man once who had money practically coming out of his butt...ok I know that is a little excessive but really he just had a ton of money BUT he was miserable. It didn't matter what he could buy he always felt horrible. I use to feel pretty horrible...that was 70 pounds ago and I am just grateful that I got on Biggest Loser and I am associated with the best wellness products out there

Re: Health or Wealth?
To me I focus on both. Health and Wealth. I know ill be healthy so I want to be wealthy. It is something I desire because with wealth I'll be able to do what I want when I want with who I want to do it with. Only then can you truly be happy. Not by focusing on your job or paying bills but by spending your time with the ones you love and care about. You can't do that so much without both health and wealth.

Re: Health or Wealth?
First of all, hello to all the fellow networkers! This is my very first post in the forum!
This topic caught my eye, as I'm very conscious of my body and how it looks and feels. It's not just about how much you weight or how good you look, but about the inner balance of your body. Your body is the temple of your soul and way too many people don't pay any attention to this precious gift. That's why you see so many wealthy and otherwise "successful" people who are overweight, smoke, drink and suffer from illnesses.
So, there shouldn't be an "or" between those two. It shouldn't be a choice. You have to take care of all aspects of your life and you can't compensate one with another. It has to be in balance. You'd love to live as long as possible to enjoy your wealth and the endless possibilities it offers? Well, it's not going to happen if you keep abusing your body and not taking proper care of it.
Get sufficient sleep, drink a lot of water, avoid caffeine, cigarettes, alcohol, sugary and fatty foods and stock up on everything FRESH, like vegetables, fruit, sprouts, seeds, nuts and healthy grains.
Your body will be immensely grateful.
