I am Claudia Roberts from Greenville, TX. I am new to BetterNetworker as of today. I joined in hopes of becoming a stronger leader as well as offer any advice that I might have. I hope to get to know many of you and if there is anything that I can do to help you in anyway, please let me know.

I have been a B.N. member for a while...my humble advise is :...

Try to lead from your heart not money:


Beside that try to write content that is out of the box!...even if that means not to be popular here.

If you write about technical things you have tons of competition...and in top of that technical things are just 10-to-20% of the success formula...the most important thing is Mindset..and almost nobody is addressing the subject...meaning? If you would like to do the right thing even though is not popular...write about psychological or in other words about mindset.

Let's take as a ex:Please take a look at my 300 clicks article... even though is not a tech junk...(must of the time rehearsal misinformation)

Thank you to all of you for welcoming me. I would just like to say how refreshing it is to hear others feel this way. You have said you want to know more about who I am as a person. Maybe I am naive, but I have never felt so. I have always approached sales with a certain amount of rules set for myself, kinda like Gibbs on NCIS ... ok, yes, I am a Gibbs fan!

Here are my rules:
1) First and foremost, integrity is everything.
2) Never compromise who I am as a person. Always be myself.
3) Be able to believe in what you are selling, if you can't, without it being forced, it's time to move on.
4) Always lead my team with sensitivity, caring, & understanding. The more I understand every individual circumstance or where my team is in their lives, I know more about what I can do to help them succeed. Sometimes, that means, time & patience. It is about them, not me.
5) If I believe in what I am doing, then selling it is not an issue. It is written on my face, which in turn creates more excitement than a forced fake smile.
6) Never push my team because it is all about me. It is always about them succeeding. When they succeed, I succeed. That is the beauty of being a Team Leader, is the ability to watch others grow and directly impacting their lives.
7) This is going to be contrary to other beliefs, however, I do not believe in just "the product", "the opportunity" or "the structure" as one by themselves. I believe in the whole package. No one wants to buy junk they are never going to use just to skip to the opportunity or structure. Without a great product that you can believe in, it is hard to find the customers who later down the road decide they want the opportunity. Again, a great product leads to strong customer base & roots... which, with patience will blossom into stable success.
8) If you have the right opportunity you will know. You can: believe in yourself, believe in your team, believe in the product, believe in the opportunity, believe you are helping to make a difference in the world or someone's life, believe your own words you speak daily... need I say believe. When you can do that, others will follow. If you can't do that, it will show... again, it's time to find the right opportunity.
9) Though, none of us want to work for free of course, if what you are selling is ONLY an opportunity, it then becomes just about the money. Building relationships, friends for life, a phenomenal product you truly believe in, and a genuine caring for your fellow man, will make you successful without pushing... "opportunity" down others throats.
10) You might see me post periodically about the "opportunity" but you will also see me post about "my product"... why??? Because everyone is different... some care about the money and others do want to make a difference in their lives and their families' lives.

Either way, I sell from my heart first always... the rest will come! I hope this helps you to get to know me a little better. Please, feel free to let me know your thoughts... am I just naive?
