Does anyone have some sage advice to give someone looking for an opportunity that an individual on a fixed income, in a wheelchair and on dialysis can take advantage of?
I'm very interested in hearing from the disabled who are overcoming their situation.
Many thanks,
Mike

Re: Looking For Input From The Disabled.
Welcome Michael to the BN.
It would seem that everybody who is connected on the internet are all equal without physical disabilities. If you are unable to type, spell or communicate on print, you would have other devices that could communicate for you. This is the best part of having an avatar working for you.
Even the guy in the movie "Avatar" was able to run like everybody else. But in real life he was wheel chair bound. He was not in a wheel chair in his avatar state.
That's just my opinion.

Re: Looking For Input From The Disabled.
Thank you for your feedback, Mario. I agree that everyone on the Internet is on an even playing field. What I'm referring to is systems that are more user-friendly to a disabled individual. Obviously, that would include something that doesn't have a lot of belly-to-belly sales, or product handling.
I'm sure there are other considerations that I haven't even thought of yet, not having done it, that a handicapped person could enlighten me about.
Who knows, maybe one day wheel chairs will go multi-level.
Much success,
Mike

Re: Looking For Input From The Disabled.
Hi Michael,
I believe I can help you, as I too am challenged in the 'mobility' stakes, I work from home all the time now, and have joined a team of professionals that I communicate with over the internet, using one on one coaching methods such as Facebook 'closed' groups, team 'webinars', both video and audio recordings. It's a great team to work with. I don't know where you are based, but I am near Southampton in the UK. If you would like to touch base please respond to my email at ronewest42@gmail.com and we can take it from there?
Kind regards
Ron West
