1. Get plenty of sleep.

4. Stay active.
5.Eat well. More vegetables and fruits
6. Lose weight.
a. stand more.(you can lose a lot of weight just be standing)

a. take on a job and do the best you can do.
b. be well rested, alert, and attentive.
Looking over the short list there is more sleep involved. We need a lot of sleep and rest to live happy and resourceful lives.
