A couple of weeks ago I saw an mlm program that looked kinda interesting and as they were offering a 7 day period to have a look around their site (not sign up) then I thought that I would take advantage ot it...which I did.

It looks pretty good (not perfect) but hey what is right? they have not got a help line or anything like that.....
but at the bottom of their site they have the usual links....support...that sort of stuff.... anyway I had a question which I wanted to ask them ...so I did...

Anyway I asked them the question and three days later still no response...so I asked again, still no response...now considering that I am obviously on their mailing list (I get an email from them everyday) do you think that being ignored (regarding my question) should be considered as unacceptable? How would you feel?

I haven't mentioned their name as they are on the 'Companies' list here.... but am I wrong to feel a bit annoyed about this?

I would not know of any company that would not respond to your requests. How did you get on their email list? They are not asking for anything, yet. Probably when they update their email response, you could ask that all important question. Have patience, I'm sure they will send you another email later to join.
