Honesty and integrity and no BS makes me very attracted. I can see through the BS fairly easily thus those that BS do not like me. Honesty attracts loyalty or at least should. I find I am willing to do more when it is given to me straight- the good the bad and the ugly.

Communication is also important.

Quiet and confident is also attractive.

Nice thought you have here. I believe honesty is very important in our industry. I believe if you cheat your way to the top, it will get back to you. Be honest unless you want the feds knocking on your door.. lol

I'd say someone who is honest and has a proven track record in what you are looking to achieve and not just full of hype like a lof them are. I cant believe how many of these so called gurus are around who are supposedly so rich its unbelievable and yet they hassle you with emails to buy there latest product for $37.Some of their videos are funny too watch though. To fast track your way to success in a particular industry a mentor is definitely the way forward though.

Honesty is definitely important! Same as the not full of hype part. I also highly agree with you on the mentor part. It would be extremely difficult to make it through this industry without a mentor.

Paul I agree with you that one has to follow someone who has a proven track record because to be a leader you have to first follow a leader. The people who are considered leaders are the ones who were intelligent followers. If a leader is a leader he takes initiative and does things that unsuccessful people do not do. Of course he feels at first uncomfortable but he pays the price and takes massive action. In addition he knows that if he does not plan the night before and plan his long range goals as well as set deadlines. He is only wishing and hoping.
