Man i've been hard core studying in the last 4 years on network marketing and online marketing, but never more in the last 6 months.

And you just like myself have always wondered how to recruit effortlessly and have quick duplication so we can have those huge commission checks come in on auto-pilot. Then we can make money doing little or next to nothing.

If you read Magnetic Sponsoring you already know that "other network marketers" are the perfect target market when trying to recruit business builders.

So how do we get someone who is dedicated to another company to join YOU or even consider USANA?

To do this without doing the my company is better than your company is to realize this first.

1. That people don't care about what company your in when they join you - especially network marketers, what do care about is whether or not you have solutions to their problems.

2. That people don't join a company - they join a leader - they join YOU

3. You should sell yourself, your system, your knowledge to these people ex) how to get massive traffic for free using free content formulas - how you recruited 20 people into your MLM in one month - How you get leads for $1.00 using google - etc.

4. After using magnetic sponsoring tactics by attracting prospects to you; next thing to do is to educate your prospects creating a relationship with you. They see and like what it is your doing to build your business online and see your excitement, and passion, they now consider working with you because on how well you train, your story, your personality, and your never ending passion to help others succeed.

5 . Live by the quote in "in order to get what you want in life - is to help others get what they want in life first"

6. They call you up and you "Interview" them to see if they fit your business - not everyone is the right fit. Then you repeat.
