But not to sell but to become part of teh community at first and give advise or helpful tips to those that need it or create your own thread.

You can then advertise your service in your signature (which is something I should have done here but I guess I am a little lazy )

After you develop rapport with the community then you can create an offer "WSO" you'll know what it is once you get there.

Whatever you do - Read the guidelines and stick to them or else ... LOL

You might look at your local listings, perhaps look in the Yellow Pages and do an offline marketing campaign.

Or look up meetup.com for business (with websites) oriented meet ups. There's a ton of businesses out there who have websites but have no idea the potential of their websites. Educate them Market to them.
