How Are People Sponsoring 20 Reps a Month? Part 1

Postby Guest on Mon Dec 01, 2008 12:37 pm

I'm always getting asked, " What are the ones sponsoring 20 reps each and every month doing that I'm not doing?"

When getting started out, it's very easy to get disappointed when you have someone that you know will join your business, but don't.

Something you have to understand right from the beginning is the 4 SW's:

1. Some Will
2. Some Won't
3. So What
4. Somebody's Always Waiting

With that mindset you don't have to be over concerned. You need to adopt the mindset of not being concerned on whether people will " Raddle " onto to the idea or not.

Keeping this in mind, it's usually the one's you don't think will like the business or even be right that will come in your business.

If you have any question feel free to let me know. : )

Another thought that comes to mind is that just because you get a no initially, doesn't mean that the prospect may not come back to you later. When you talk with a prospect, you are sowing a seed. The timing may not be right at the time, but situations can change. Expecially in these times of economic uncertainty.

That is why it is always important to make a good impression when presenting your opportunity and following up with prospective prospects. If you have made a good impression and formed a positive relationship with the prospect, you are the one they will come back to when they are ready.

Chris I think you have answered your question.

People who you think will do business, usually won't - is right. Of course there are exeptions.

Now thing about what I do. I NEVER Lead with business opportunity!

I lead always with a product. Why?

It's simple. Have you seen McDonald franchisor come to you (or their friends and family) prospecting you about how you should start McDonald business?

I do not think so. But do you think McDonald is not offering McDonald franchise to people? I and You know that they do offer franchise opportunity.

But they offer it only to people who want to be McDonald franchisee.

My experience is that 75% of all my customers will at some point ask me about the business.

So my advice is to get customers first, create cash flow = which would lead to the opportunity. Now if some customers won't ask about the opportunity I so not care. They are my customers and I make great retail profit that makes my business debt free. And I do not want to lose "money" just because of some kind of opportunity.

The goal: - get as many product users as you can and the business leaders will emerge effortlessly.

To your success,

Brett

Chances are they are working their butt off, being consistent, learning their trade, testing what works and what doesn't, investing in their business and themselves,.... the list goes on and on.
Okay, I finally opened up.

There are a lot of great systems out there, the key is in what the previous lady call "consistency". There is also a natural curve in the business world where without explanation your effort is going to reward you consistently for a period of time and then for a little while you are going to get stuck. That is a cycle that actually duplicates in our daily life.

Let me stress that you must take good care of this cycle in any kind of business. Let's take a pie for example. Without a crust it is not a pie and without the filling it is just not complete. The times when your business explode are crucial because you must move and consistently take good care of this part of the cycle. We call it the "Cycle of Momentum". That's when you use all your talent and resources you acquired while you were "stuck" and that's when you sign up reps by the dozen!

That's why you must take your "Slow"ays to educate yourself and your team, get better tools and get ready for the next wave. I do this and 20 reps a month is a very conservative number, with a well trained team you could get a lot more than that.

This is actually something I just shot a video on.

I believe and know from my experience, it's really impossible to come in brand new, with no downline or list and join a new company and right away sponsor that many people.

It's all about building momentum and constant action every day to move your business to the next level.

Once you get a momentum going, it's pretty amazing what can happen.

I've experienced it in the past 16 months, when I have consistently done action, i get a windfall.. then when I slack off, my business sales and people I enroll slow down as well.

It's really just about building a business the right way with consistent action, developing your skills, and investing in personal development to grow your mind in order to grow your business.

Just my experience.

It would actually be a great idea if those individuals who are sponsoring at least 20 reps into their primary MLM business on a monthly basis, answered this question.

So many pretend to be experts, when in actual fact, they have a small MLM business or none at all. Some of the ones of this forum giving out their stuff the most don't even have a primary MLM.

Warmly,

FYI: Great comment and I love it! Yes, I am one that has done that in my 4Life business. To be honest, I do this the old way, believe it or not. I am still learning the ropes to bring this number even higher by creating an effective Online System because my team needs that but so far I have not seen the results that I get the old fashioned way!

One of the reason I believe is that people wants to see, touch and feel everything, even their sponsor! But I also want to be able to reach more people and expand our team coverage. Not able to travel as much as the big shots I see the Internet as a very valuable tool.

The way I do it is not easy for many and that's why many are dissapointed, they want to do this business without putting the hours and work necessary. I set many appointments and give the plan to many prospects that are previously screened so I don't waste my time. To enroll 20 reps a month I start the month very aggresive so I strive to get my first 10 in a week or 10 days. Please note that the new reps are not all directly under me but they are also sponsored by people of my team. Your goal should be organizational and not just personal. Our motto is Together Building People.

It is true that a lot of Networkers are telling fairy tales trying to position themselves as the experts but when you start a business it is you and only you who are going to make it work. Learn from those that you personally know and see working. Words are good but action is better! To be honest, many are out there with a negative attitude but there is also a lot of great Networkers and here at BN I am learning from very good writers and teachers. Are they real or not? Don't worry, they still pay their own bills!
