Does anyone have any knowledge in this subject or raising finance in general? Things have started to get a lot easier in the UK but it's quite difficult to raise finance against property unless a particular client has a lot of equity.
We sell Caribbean investment property where if a client can raise the 30% deposit to exchange contracts the developer will make the payments on the finance raised until completion. It really is a very unique opportunity to invest without affecting your monthly outgoings.
if anyone knows people in this field with clients looking to invest we pay minimum $5,000 USD for converted leads that go to exchange of contracts.
any thoughts on this subject would be greatly appreciated?
