Several top income earners in home based businesses mention that spending more time with their kids and family was the central reason behind their decision to become entrepreneurs. How many of you have joined home entrepreneurships because you eventually desired to spend more time with your family? Did this problem contribute to either your family or marital issues? How many hours did you initially invest in your entrepreneurship? How many hours do you currently invest in your entrepreneurship which allowed you to have more time? If you have not achieved your goals in your entrepreneurship, you are still encouraged to respond and stress how time is currently crippling part of your contentment.

Whoah, you made and excellent point. Time is just like money in that if you don't know how to manage it, you'll still come up short even if you don't have a lot of it. So, an entrepreneurship can only address a part of the issue. If time is an issue, it must be dealt with now under your current circumstances.

Thanks for asking great questions.

I was initially attracted to network marketing for a few reasons. The emphasis on personal development, helping people, and the idea of residual income.

A few years after I had my daughter and part of my reason became to be able to stay home and spend more time with her. Personally my family always will come first. Typically I work around my family's schedule.

When she was younger I worked my business when she was napping or after she went to bed in the evening. Now she is six years old and going to school. I usually work on my business while she is at school and also in the evening after she goes to bed.

I do believe the beauty of being involved in network marketing and a home based business is being able to work around your family's schedule. You may have to make some sacrifices initially, but that I believe can be things like giving up t.v time etc.

Keeping your family relationships intact is essential to your overall mental well being. Some things you can compromise on, but I feel your family shouldn't be one of those.

If more people realized the power of network marketing, I think they would join in. I enjoy working out of my home and working around my families schedule. It gives me the freedom that I never had when I was working for someone else.

The problem is that 95% of the population fail at network marketing because they give up. It simply takes too much time to recoup your initial investment. The average MLM Millionaire has given 2 years of his life working part-time to achieve the flexibility in his/her schedule so that they can spend their time doing what they love and loving what they do.

Most people that are working for someone else, give up a life-time and are still not able to live the kind of life they want to live. They simply cannot afford to quit their day jobs.

Which is in most cases, spending time with their family and being in charge of their own work schedule.

I agree. However, I would also say that if you pursue real estate, traditional business, franchises or invest in stocks, you will spend less time messing around and/or with your family. There is no avoiding it.

You all are right, although I would have to say that there are more than just a few sacrafices. The people making 7 figures a year did not just sacrifice an hour of tv a night to work on this business. They had to work their butts off, and the only way to get to where they got will be to do the same.

Some people I guess have the magic stick and hit it rich quick and easy, but for the rest of us we are going to have to sacrafice much more than the hour per day.

But i am fine with sacraficing all of my time for the next 2 or 3 years to network marketing if I know I will never have to have a "real" J.O.B in the long run.

But your right people do give up on this industry way to easily. Most people do not understand the fact that it takes time and hard work to ever succeed in this business.
