If the dream is not screwed in tight, I believe you have a non starter. It's not about selling... it's about achieving... what would you like to be doing that you are not able to do now?

Well, I tell them I'm not in a sales business.
I'm in the mentoring and teaching business and have been most of my adult life. I tried sales, was even good at it for several years. That's how I know that I'm not in that business now.
So I tell them NOT to ever sell. Because I don't. I tell them to get trained and learn how to serve. And that I'm not looking to bring them into a sales business.
Don't Sell. Serve.

Personally...
..the way it was when it started was marketing meaning selling but in a different
way..
Here's what I'm saying...
Spreading the word around and more times than not it mostly automatic..pretty much
like finding a sale at Palis Royal and running back home to let our family know and then
our friends..hence, our warm market..of course our warm maket they spread around
to their warm market etc..
That's how easy and simple it was..Healthy food products sales never drop in fact
it increased..skins stuff was also popular women would use it and without make up
it looked like they had make up but not so..unque products like that what can I say..
And may I add..products comes first because they spread it around instead of a
complicated money plan that not even the owners can describe it because they didn't
designed it..they usually hire a math professor..
Trying to explain the money plan to a prospect more likely we lose them..
I was approached by both Toms Big Al was one of them but I couldn't do it their
way..and I believe that more people would succeed if they do it their way with
what they got..
Most prospect can't follow the leader but it can happen and it happen with me and

I am not selling. I am sharing. There is a difference. It's not any different than seeing a great movie or going to a great restaurant. When you love something, you want to share it with others.
Of course, most people believe you are selling, if you are telling them about a product or company that you are personally involved with. They only believe that you are sharing it with them so you can put more money in your own pocket. So, what is wrong with that? Avon reps have been doing it for years.

The best way to overcome any objection is not to get it. Since I have implemented the principles of magnetic sponsoring, the I don't like selling statement is something I do not have to deal with anymore because it be like a NFL football player showing up for work and saying this isn't playing football is it?
By the way if you get paid a commision or profit from it, it is sales....
you can wrap it with ribbons and rainbows or put any spin on you like but we are in sales... There are tons of selling methods and you may use the art of selling without selling but it is still selling.
But lets say you are working your warm market and someone says I don't like selling. Then you just say well that disqualifies from partnering with me. I wish you the best of luck. (this is called a take away) Just see what happens. If they say wait a minute what do you mean I am disqualified? say: yes you are disqualified because I am only looking for serious business minded people that want to take controll of their financial future. Now,if thats you convince me of why I should consider you for one of my business partners... If you use the take away and the person says ok then get away as fast as you can because you do not want them in your business. Just remember you will not sign everyone up in your business nor do you want to.

Hey guys,
I don't think the industry is about selling. When you have set up the marketing strategies effectively and correctly people will come to you! You don't go around calling and chasing people up! You have to portray yourself as a leader and they will perceive to you as an alpha.

I say great! nor do I! I am a tour guide directing you thru a
information gathering process. The information will sell itself.
