At the begining I wanted to apologize for my English (unfortunately I do not know it fluently) and I wish to emphasize that it does not refer to specific individuals but a certain attitude which I have observed.
As someone who practically new in this industry I follow closely those who are successful and try to imitate their behavior. Studying their publications, try read their blogs daily, participate in almost any training on what I can afford (financially and temporarily). Then more, and more I've realized one thing...
The more time has passed since the success of a "Pro" that forgets more how it is as a "novice". How it is to have liitle/or no budget for large advertising campaigns, buying traffic, fees for autoresponders, hosting, etc..
Many times I stumbled on the formation of a "law of attraction". However, it was perhaps forgotten. Unfortunately, more and more declarations of "help" to learn something new, ends on flooding inbox further proposals of the business 'X' or 'Y' (well, unless we treat these messages as "case study", or how to write effective offers). In many ebooks on many courses is emphasized that the more you give to the community, the more the community will give back to you ... But the question here, more pitch in e-mails (where of course, the sender has a large commission), or the true value and real help to others.
Are we in particular - an entrepreneur, should not depend on the good results of our colleagues? Is it really counts another lead, another client and the commission we get for it? Is money only value and determinant of success?
Many times I read a publication about the appropriate attitude, work on mindset and skills ... I was told that I need to follow those who are where I want to be. To be successful I need work hard to build my image as a leader and expert. That most crucial is to have proper mindset and leader to follow. Thats why I so surprised when I can see "Top Producers" - Best Of The Best that simply don't care about giving anything (value) to others... Is this what I should learn from him/her?
I understand also that the best way that our "proteges" learn something and succeeded is to "teach them to fish rather than give a fish". But how many of us really dealt a one trouble to write to someone just starting in this industry? How many times have we sent an email to John/Michel/Kate (etc.) asking them if everything is ok or there is something that we can handle or help them instead of another "pitch"? Is this really so urgent to spend much time on building Your list then real sharing? Does writing another "deadly offer", creating "high converting" landing page or ad campaign is so important and bring so much profit then taking little time to take care of those who want and will to be as we are?
Once we find the time to write or telephone conversation with the other "Top Producers" to share experiences and establish JV partnershp is whether this great effort is to ask what this newbie how can you truly help him/her?
Please take heed to the fact that today's effort that you load in the education of that person will not produce greater benefits in the future than chasing the next lead, the next bigger check ... Don't You forget that all this is not just about money? And all the people who want to be like you, have a life like you is not only a new record in the database, not just a few dollars more on your account ... Those are PEOPLE ... They have dreams, goals, needs ... And we can help them to achieve what they desire...
And though far from me to the results of most people who will read it, but I prefer to work with people who see me not only as a mentor and leader, but above all a friend ...
And what you choose?

Re: Can "Pro" learn from a "Newbie"?
Of course a "Pro" can learn from a newbie. Most of what "Pro's" think they know is what is hurting them as well. Also, what is considered a "Pro"? Of the top people in this industry, I'll call that 5% only 1/3 of them actually get it. That means 1.65% of all networkers actually "get it" and could have success in any company. Not a very high number I know. Of the other guys in the top 5%, 1/3 got lucky, were in the right place at the right time and could never duplicate their success in another company. 1/3 are just extremely hard workers, and their people could never duplicate what they do, eventually they burn out and cannot duplicate either. The problem is that the latter 2/3rds are up on stage training people because they are making a big cheque and this is a problem. People need to be taught how to run a business, not just to get leads, not just to dominate social media, not just to use SEO and backlinks etc. Those are all good elements and strategies but they don't teach people how to run a business. And if a newbie is qualified to teach running a business then they are qualified to teach a "Pro". Not only that but the real "Pros" are the ones that are constantly learning.
