Most of us are always looking for the next best thing when it comes to multiple streams of income. Maybe the members could share with the community what they are doing for that extra stream of income and how it's working for them.

Hi Thomas, welcome to BN. I just posted a similar topic. What I have learned about network marketing.

What works? Focus on people. Don't share info about your business, unless someone asks you. Make sure you have their contact info so you can follow up with them. Show people what you do that can help them. Send them to a short video, sizzle call or do a one on one presentation with them. Follow-up within 48 hours. Ask them questions, let them SEE the value of what you are doing and how that can help them to achieve their goals.

Regardless of what you do, be consistent. Make sure that whatever you do, can be easily duplicated by the average person.

What works for me is selling products that sell themself, do their own promoting and earn with no sales pitch about the products or of an opportunity to earn. The purchasers find out about earnings when they receive payments. They need only to show the products to earn!

What I think is working with the right company that has the best interest of customers at heart by providing solution to their problem. The company shuld be a stable one with a good compensation plan with multiple streams of reward, and training for representatives.

Hey everyone,

A little while ago I heard a phrase that has completely changed my whole business model and my life in general. It went on to say, "Lead with value first and assist the needs of others before you help yourself".

So what does that mean exactly? The industry we are in is extremely competitive and every week over 50 million people are fighting over the 150,000 new people that join the home based business industry every month.

If you truly want to stand out amongst the crowd, find ways to promote YOURSELF and build your brand so people look to you as a possible solution for their problems. Of course this entails you developing your leadership abilities however, the compensation you will receive for taking on this role will far outweigh the process you will have to go through in order to become this type of person.

In order to attract people to you, you need to constantly lead with value and find ways to give back and improve the lifes of other people. If you fixate more on the needs of others before you worry about your own needs, you will become extremely attractive in the marketplace and people will literally be lining up to work with you.
