Good idea. There are a few others but I can't remember which they are. I was just having this top-tier conversation with my friend and colleague Marc Barrett [we are both BD's with NuSkin] yesterday who ran through a pile of other options [in one ear and out the other! ] and it seems that the place to be as far as top tier goes is CCP/WMI - especially in this economy. That is where the highest population of biggest earners seems to be too. And, that's where we are. We both use the system. It really opens up your options. And it can be well used in conjunction with a "regular" MLM.

First, I want to tell you that "top-tier" is not a value judgement. It is just a different type of company. Isagenix is a traditional MLM as are many others [including mine - NuSkin]. Top tier is a different animal. Now, I should have written my own post on the difference between the two but I didn't [my bad]. Here is a post by my friend and colleague Marc Barrett [ both BD's with NuSkin] that should illuninate the difference for you.

I'm not sure how NuSkin works, but I do know that Isagenix isn't like MonaVie, or FHTM... I was in both. There is no balancing, this is more of a team player type. I've been in Isagenix for 6 weeks, with 212 people in my downline, and I've only enrolled 4 of them. But the best part is, I benefit from every person that my upline puts in, and they all benefit whoever I put in. Bank on the left, and a bank on the right. Every time there is a total of 600 points on one side, and 300 on the other, it generates a cycle, and I get about $54. Right now I have about 48,000 points in 1 bank, and it's there until I use them. Point is, I'm not sure this is a what you would call a "traditional" mlm. I like to call it word of mouth.
