You must say your self talk 400 times per day because it is only taking 6 seconds to do it once. 60 seconds ten times and if you multiply it by 40 it is 2400 seconds. Now you may ask yourself how can I find 40 minutes? Well do this then? The time when you are out and about, driving a car, not reading a book and doing exercise is the time!! Only do it if you want to own your life. I do it each day but it is none of my business if you decide to do it. My friend Michael Dlouhy mentions that this is the only way to get rid of the pukers who drain your energy. Also remember that when you wake up in the morning you get to choose what you want to be for the day. You can have a good day or you can have a bad day. Its your choice. When you talk to prospects and you have worken up with 400 units of energy and they buy a product. That gives you five units of energy. A distributor is ten units. But the point is this do activities that bring you all the energy you need for the day because when you go to bed at night you will be so excited that you will be unable to fall asleep!!!

thanks for sharing this post. I got a bit confused with all the factual info lol however I understand what you're saying and you are correct. I agree with you're saying. I normally plan my day the night before writing what I need to do the next day and stick to it.

You are absolutely correct Lawrence. We all have heard the phrase "Muscle Memory" This is where the gifted athlete (Let's say a professional golfer) grips the club and swings the same way every time. He was taught the swing and grip that brought out his maximum ability and he practices it over and over. Remember it is not "Practice Makes Perfect" but rather "Perfect Practice Makes Perfect"
Your Self Talk or Positive affirmations are really "Mind Memory" and is a very powerful tool. This is what "gets you up in the Morning...sets the course of your actions...and guides you through the busy day"
