I talk to a huge number of people everyday and almost 90% of them say that PPC is the fastest way to build your email list..And Especially with the recent Merger of Yahoo and Bing , it means you make one PPC ad and it is advertised on both these platforms and you get double the exposure,,

But PPC may not be an option for you if you are on a tight budget and still want fast results coming in and a steady stream of people opting in to your list..

Here is what I am planning to do:

(1)Make an E-BOOK on a Valuable Marketing Strategy that has generated Good Results for me ,with my squeeze page links inside

(2) List this E-Book for a total of 0.20$ on E-Bay .Set up for an auction starting at this price for a total of 10 days (This listing should get you indexed in ebay for the keywords and results you picked! There are MILLIONS upon millions of people searching ebay every day, so they will see your listing and click on it.

(3) Inside the Listing , I include my Short 2 liner Pitch and My Squeeze Page Link..

This way I am creating my opt-ins for literally Nothing and Also Selling my E-Book at the same time..

Sounds good Adil. Please give share your results after your testing. Fastest way to build on a budget is to build a massive following on social networking sites by providing value. If you have enough advertising money though, I guess paid media is a winner

I would recommend using Free marketing methods- Blog, Article, Facebook, etc. Or you can use ulitize PPC that would be very risky if you don't know what you are doing. Swell, if you know what you are doing and they are suggestions, Master 1-2 strategies before moving on to others.

Be carefull with this one - ebay can remove your listing or suspend your user if they will decide that what you do is not proper...

I think the fastest way to build a list is to leverage high traffic websites and become visible on those sites. The best list building strategy that has been working for me is Facebook Groups and blogging. I post relevant, valuable content in Facebook Groups that are relevant to my niche. These posts are usually a link to one of my blog posts that contain helpful tips. At the end of the blog post is a strong call to action to a squeeze capture page. The key to getting the Facebook Groups strategy to work is to find active Facebook groups where there are a lot of members.

Just to reply to Jacov,
If you sell an ebook in the classified's section, it is fine. If you sell a downloadable ebook in the auctions, you're account may be suspended.
Not that I've done either, just a clarification.

I was thinking about what rob mentioned.

I didn't use ebay for advertising for sometime
now but i remember it was against there TOS (terms of service)
to have a link in a auction listing.

They don't care about the about me page but having a link in the
auction, it possible you may get your auction de-listed.
