Hey my friends in the BetterNetworker Community I wanted to share some very helpful tips that would give you a CLEAR image of what leaders truly do. And if you at least image yourself doing this and take *ACTION* you would attract the things you want in your business and ACTUALLY its really quite simple.
Leaders are not SCARED TO PUT THERE FACE IN FRONT OF THERE TARGET AUDIENCE!!! Meaning stepping outside of their conform zone.
Leaders are ahead of the game . Meaning they spent COUNTLESS of hours studying and continuously growing on a day to day basis
Leaders dont accept failure. Meaning *STRUGGLING* is a good thing and they know after its all said and done they conquer whatever he/she puts their mind too....
Leaders know how to add value to others. They know that when they adding value into somebody else life its ACTUALLY benefiting them......OOOOOPPSSSS im sorry but its true......
I hope that helps

Excellent post Timothy. I may be wrong but I believe most people hold themselves back by not stepping out of their comfort zone. If you are afraid to do something then that is the very thing you should do. Conquer it again and again and eventually it will be within your comfort zone and then you can tackle something else.
All your points were excellent and should be taken to heart !

Hello Partners:
Timothy, your post speaks volumes.
LEADERS - yes, they are a very "special breed".
LEADERS - do today, what others won't - and therefore, have tomorrow, what others can't.
ZONES - When it comes to our "areas of comfort" (as Joyce so well points out) - a very good friend (and mentor) of mine puts it this way...
He says there are really three (3) zones we deal with -- the PANIC Zone -- the COMFORT Zone -- the AWKWARD Zone.
As leaders, we obviously should try to avoid the PANIC Zone and the COMFORT Zone wherever possible, as these extremes usually "paralyze" us from taking productive action
However - leaders can move into (and function very well in!) what he calls - the AWKWARD Zone - where we at least "put enough pressure" on ourselves to move forward, positively.
In the AWKWARD Zone - we are neither controlled by "fear" or by "being too relaxed".
Instead, we exercise just enough of that "good" kind of stress - the kind that motivates us to accomplish great things in life.
LEADERSHIP - Here's a Web Page I put together on this => http://www.MindsetForLeadership.com/
Many thanks for sharing this excellent topic.
Sincerely / Peter A.

Re: The *BLUNT*Truth About Leaders......
Timothy - I agree 100%.
I also totally agree with Joyce - most people hold themselves back because they don't want to step out of their comfort zone - I had to push myself hard to finally take the step towards the 'Akward Zone'. Best decision ever - every day is full of learning, moving forward and finally making a success of life!
