That's a really really good question.
People who don't produce don't deserve attention. That being said, if they take action steps (like generating leads) and need help closing, then you could step in in limited doses.
But by and large, I would require a sale before people can contact me multiple times. You'll have to get used to the fact that there will be a lot of dead carcasses in your path to success.

nothing you can do - people are people and some people
may start being active after 2-3 months, after they join
your business. Don't try to force them to learn smth.

They are here for thiemself, not for you and only they can control
them business, but also another thing is advertising sources or marketing
methods you use to build your business - from traffic exchanges you
can get massive leads even for free or low cost advertising, but both
of them even they join they will be just lazy programs jumper, who
already joined 100 other programs and even if your system is the best and
you are skilled marketer, nothing you can do on that cases.

This is an interesting thread, about the same old problem. You can lead a Horse to Water BUT you can't make it drink!!...

I have faced this many times, and tried to address it by doing push Marketing, only to end up frustrated and worn out from THEIR lack of activity. So I found that the best Solution was this...

LEAD from the Front, look after YOURSELF, But educate through a Newsletter that gives updates and RECOGNISES other team members ACHIEVEMENTS. Doing this, creates a FEAR of LOSS and had the impact of showing something is working and others are earning.

It works every time, as long as you leave the door open.
Would you like to learn how to write copy that attracts only the clients you want, which makes you money now!~ Find out how at

Yes, that is true - many people need empowering and even inspiration
to believe thiemself. Humans is not programmable also to do exactly same
as you are doing, but you can try to empower and try to explain that
from the different perspective to him.

And also not only build relationship, but how to manage them too.
Many people have good communication skills for business and they easy
can relate with people, but other important thing is how to manage
relationship with your downline? So relationship management plays
very important role in the industry too.

I look at character, rather than production...why? Some of my best leaders were people who didn't produce at first, but were honest, teachable and consistent. If they have the right ethics and character, good production is probable down the road.

What I have learned is they will only be about 25% of what you are. The most important thing you can do is to stay motivated yourself, and lead by example. You know that old saying "you can lead a horse to water.."
Well you can't make anyone do anything, but you can be doing the action everyday. Then some of them will follow, those who don't you can't control. I invite them by e-mail to the trainings, I invite them to contact me, I never ever ever chase after them, badger them, or try to motivate them, it simply doesn't work! That is my two cents, and it works for me.

Regarding "Business Partners" or the word "business and owning it"
If the business you are in is Network Marketing, MLM - then they are not in your business.

This also include affiliate programs, where you joined one to sell products online.

A Network Marketer is a sales rep. Representing the MLM, Network Marketing company. They are not in their own business but tap into a companies products, services.

Hence, you didn't write the contract or the policies and the terms. The only choice you had before anyone signed up - is you qualify, see if the person is serious, will take action, etc etc.

They didn't sign up to you. They signed up to the company. I'm talking on legal terms here regarding "partnership."

Many think when they joined a Network Marketing, MLM company, that they got their OWN business. They haven't.They got access to products, services etc to make money from sales of products and developing AN organisation/team.

Not developing THEIR organisation/team.

So, the choice of keeping someone a business partner in that contract - or not, AFTER they have signed up - is not yours.

Also, you get paid not for babysitting, managing. You get paid to develop people who WANT TO move, and who will create sales, and build their network.

So you want to go sloooooowww or faster?

What you can do...
- Create an environment of training, and they are on your list. Training they themselves can acccess wherever they are in the world.

- Let them know of the training and that it exists etc.

- The door is open for the person to step up and get knowledge, training, skills. They now either make a choice and take action, and take full responsibility - or they don't.

My criteria is - those who are not on my list first -and next who have not engaged, have not stepped into a webinars, or whatever I do - do not get my time. Period. End of the story.

This includes anyone with sponsorship, business partnership, and even to experts, guru's.

People had enough of managers.

Best to lead by example. That's what's going to inspire any to move. Lead by example. Reveal results with what you do. People don't want another boss, or anyone telling them to move etc etc.

That's no ones business but their own.

So....we focus on our actions to get results and let that speak for itself.
