Here is a cool traffic technique I use.

Rss Feeds,

If you are looking to drive some cool traffic to your website or blog copy the url to your comment feed, and your blog post feed and submit them to as many rss aggregators as possible. Here are a couple of aggregators I use:

1. Rssmix.mix
2. Rss Bomber

Take the new feed link and submit it to the top social bookmarking sites like:
1. Digg.com
2. stumble upon
3. reddit.com

If you make it a habit to do it with every blog post or article you write, you will start to see your traffic increase for your keyword and improve your search engine ranking.

Stumble Upon is a good one to post all your stuff too.

DIGG isn't so good any more. You need hundreds of people to DIGG you so they aren't really worth posting too. You get much free traffic from DIGG but you WILL get free traffic from Stumble Upon.

With many of these networks you also need to promote stuff that is not your own. You need to actually use it and like some of the other posts. You may also need to post links to other cool sites too. For example on some of the sites like http://www.sphinn.com the moderators may shut down your account if you only ever post your own links... they consider it spamming.
