I totally agree. Passion fuels productivity. If you're passionate about what you do, it doesn't feel like work . . . it feels like legacy.

Re: Do you want to retire early?
I hear about people that want to leave their jobs and do nothing, and I feel sad for them. When you are doing what you love, you don't ever want it to stop.

Re: Do you want to retire early?
Thanks Edison.
I have retired and enjoying the stress free life. Now I have time to do other things on my To-Do List.
I can now get involved with my own business and take it slow and learn as I go.
I can now concentrate on my own personal development and help other people to attain their goals. The first of their goals to get healthy and stay healthy. That's where I come in to help.
The retirement part helps when the business is just starting out and the funds are low. I am not rushed into making a sale out of everyone I meet. I can truly make friends and enjoy their company and learn about what they want out of life. You are not frustrated when a prospect wants to wait until their health falters to try to do something about it.
I waited on one customer about 3 years. I kept in touch and giving little reminders every now and then. She is now on my program and is reporting back some good reports of her health improvement. Her tennis game has improved with the energy she is getting from the products.
I am able to watch other prospects try other products and still come to a conclusion that the products I suggested is worth the effort and beneficial for their health concerns.
When you don't have time or financial retraints it's hard to be patient with people making a decision about their lives.

Hi Mario,
Yes I agree with you, when we rushed things and just think of ourselves like just to make a sale, people will stay away from us. It's is better to just build relationship and wait for the right time to make a sale. Another thing you should be passionate on what you do so you can enjoy whatever you are doing

It happens because they didn't know their identity and didn't recognize their gifting and talents. We should always live by design not by default

Re: Do you want to retire early?
Ceci,
Remember the art of leaving your job is not to sit and do nothing, but to do something else. That something else that you do is something that you do enjoy and stick with it because you love doing it.
Retirement today does not mean to sit around the house drink beer, catch up on all the sports channels and 'live the good life.' It now means keeping active and do something else with your new time. Getting involved with something worthwhile like your community involvement or even starting your own business. Learning a new skill does take a lot of time and personal development to master but I can tell you it is worth every minute.
If I knew what I know now I would have retired earlier. Hey! Wait a minute! I did and retired my wife as well!
Helping other people to do the same and achieve their goals is something everybody can get involved with. This is what being in business is all about.

Jacquelyn
Yes I would love to retire early. I would like to work hard for about 5 years and then be able to retire and live in comfort, but I would also like to know that I helped someone else in the process. It would be good to be able to spend time with my family while I am still a young woman. If you find something that you really enjoy doing and you can make money doing it, then you are really fortunate.

Retirement is not that easy, Jacquelyn.
I know some people who worked for 10 years at a job, then retired. A 10 year retirement does not bring in much but it is steady income.
How long or how comfortable you will be living without a steady paycheck? With much budgeting and investing for those 10 years, some people have done well with that.
But why settle with just a retirement. Start something else to stay active and involved in the community.
Take your skills to the next level and even teach others to do the same.
Remember you do have the extra time to devote to a new business that you love.
The sooner you retire, the sooner you can start your own business plan and the time to devote your energy on.

I'm not sure we all have the same idea of retirement. What does retirement mean to you?
