I am kinda new at MLM, and just got involved in my first with life vantage. I wanted everyone to compare their comp plans and see which is the best. I will start by explaining life vantage and their comp plan and i hope others can respond if they know of other that are better or worse.

Hi Brody, you will probably get a reply telling you it is not allowed in this forum to post your company or your own website. It is better to put those in your signature file. As to your question, there are so many types of pay plans it gets very confusing for people. It usewd to be you only had the matrix, the unilevel, the stairstep break away and the binary. Over time many different hybrids have come along, some good and some bad, so this is a tough question to answer. I think the best pay plan out there is the one that is bringing you in money, the one that is just as fair to the newcomer as it is to the old timer. If you are making money and the people in your downline are making money, that is the one to stick to. Just my two cents worth. Have a prosperous day.

No comp plan is good if you don't make money with it.
All comp plans have advantages and disadvantages.
The secret to success is to find one you like and understand, so you can put forth the effort and maximize your profits.
You can make money or lose money with any comp plan. That is only one small part of the equation.

I have to agree with this panel. Any plan in place is no better than any other plan if you are not making any money at it. More important is how many prospects are you converting to sales? That is the plan to stick with. The one that works for you.
You can have the best comp. plan in the business but it means nothing if you are not making any money at it. Get the leads to turn into prospects into customers and downlines and you will see that the comp. plan means little to what works for you.

I agree with Chuck, it's not really down to the Comp Plan there are lots of people earning tremendous incomes in every one.
It's down to you!

Agreed. There are advantages and disadvantages. The biggest keys to success in this industry are simple:
1. Mindset and belief system
2. Marketing systems (how you get prospects to chase you)
3. Daily actions
I just wrote a blog about that if you wanna know more. I have to agree with what the other people are saying here.
Let us know if you have any other questions Brody.

Re: Which Comp Plan is better?
Hi guys /gals,
I feel everyone is looking at this at the wrong angle.
There are some good comments, however what are
we and our team looking for?
We and our team want a business we are comfortable
marketing and inviting people to join.
It has to have value and worth, too many schemes get
massive coverage because everyone wants to push it.
However 6 months later it has been replaced by something
shiny and new.
Is that what you want to be associated with,or would you
rather be with a company that is going to educate you and
show you how to build multiple income streams.
All the best Brian.
If you want to learn then you will earn.
