I just wrote a blog post on this subject and I was wondering as you, a member of this community and industry, what your thoughts are about this subject?

Yes I do, let me explian what I mean by this: The MLM industry only teaches the skills and strategies of the network marketing industry.

I was told a long time ago to look at other industries and get ideas from them.

Everything anyone has to know how to succeed in network marketing is out there, they just have to look for it. I have seen a lot of free training and tips and where to go. There is no secret just follow what the big boys do and you will get their results.

There are a few eye openers out there but there's nothing that is the be all and end all to success. I think so many people miss the truth while they run around looking for THE SECRET.

* Always be learning
* Implement DAILY the things you know work
* Test new things while sticking to your proven methods only.
* GET A MENTOR

Baby steps baby steps...all the way.

Pick what you want to do
Constantly improve yourself
Learn and master the skills you need to do the work
Do the work religiously
Work smarter AND harder than your competition
Find out what people need and give it to them
Be good to people, treat them fairly and insert value in their lives
Never give up on your dream

Great answers ,
I feel a lot of time people do not take on board
what they are trying to achieve.
They expect everything to happen overnight and
when it does not they feel they are missing a
secret ingredient.
It is not smoke and mirrors....it is hard work and
following a correct process.
Get the right training and mentoring,follow your
game plan and work hard.

Awesome... that is also what I had to say in my blog. But what do you guys think of marketers that charge for information and hold back and not give you the full monty?

I have not that happen to me, however someone did suggest that this does happen.

Anyone had experience in that or been 'burned'?

You have to really want it badd in order to bounce back after you have given someone your trust and they take advantage of you.

Hi John,
Great blog post!, No I agree I think the answer is simple the "secret lies within" ,self educate to gain the knowledge you need,get your mindset on the right frequency, set your goals and have your reason WHY nailed and then you'll reach your destination.
