Leaders take massive action.

I have found that my best team members rarely call me because they solve their own problems and take massive action. Those that need the most hand holding are usually those that do the least in terms of action and producing results.

In terms of focus I focus on income producing activities before everything else.

You are absolutely correct James. Hand holding is NOT in, or should not be in our vocabulary. I do know that every successful person I have ever talked to, worked with or read about always had a team of strong people working with them. "No man is an island" and I think in our industry that saying bears fruit.

If you spend all your time helping how will you get anything done . The best thing to do is have training video so you cab help every one with out all the confusion .

Hi ,
I feel that if you are attracting people to your
business and opportunity,you give them all the
support and help they require.

Some will need more help than others,however
we should not set them adrift because they need
more help.

Providing they are working to help themselves they
should be given support.YES some people grow quicker
than others,but a lot of times they pick up bad habits
on the way.

Are we not mentors and networkers,or are we just
clambering to the top of the pile?
