[Dr. Bob Clarke Company: MyLeadSystemPRO Contribution Level: 3]

I have a guy who is interested in joining my MLM, but here's the problem. He's extremely introverted and would rather be by himself than in a crowd of people.

This got me to thinking... Network Marketing is a people business in every way. Can someone who is truly introverted make money in Network Marketing?

Hello,

The main thing is if he really wants to succeed.
If he has the desire. This is a business about
helping people but you don't have to be an extrovert
in order to help others. You just need to care and
share information and be able to help others if they
have questions. If there are good tools to share with
others he does not have to be real outgoing. However
he does need a way to regularly contact others. The
main thing is to have massive exposure of his business.
We can't control others. We can only control what we
do. There are many ways to do this. Many people have
become successful in many different ways. There is not
just one right way. Also as he works on himself through
learning more about network marketing he may get
out of his shell a little. This business is so wnderful in
helping people to be all that they can be. I have found
that when people work on themselves, especially loving
themselves, and seeing their unique talents and how
awesome they really are they become less afraid of others.
Also he might become a little more bold as he sees his
checks increasing. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

I know several people who retired from their jobs to work from home with MLM and affiliate products and they rarely if ever talk to anyone. They use a system that funnels people to a very well written sales page that converts. But, it's not easy and it takes time and money to work.

Besides that , anything is possible. Never underestimate human desire. As they say, where there's a will there's a way.

Speaking from my own experience as an introvert, I agree that it is mostly a matter of determination. I find ways to get around it while working on improving my people skills.

Thanks for posting such an awesome question! That question has been on my mind for awhile now.

Personally I think that it is possible. Anything is so long as you are determined enough to do whatever it takes to get it.

As an introverted individual myself, I can say that I've had results even though I'm not exactly what you would call a chatterbox lol xD

In my opinion, I think both introverts and extroverts have equal chances at success in building an mlm because applied knowledge is what separates the big income earners from the unsuccessful ones.

In other words, you could be the most talkative person on the planet but if you don't apply what you learn, then you're not going to get anywhere are you?

What do you think about this? I'd love to hear your take on what I just said

I consider myself to be an introvert. I sit back and take it all in. I'm never the center of attention any where I might be.

I absorb information, learning everything I can about what ever topic I'm interested in. Once I feel comfortable with the material I'm able to share it with people. Even though I consider myself an introvert I enjoy being able to help people by sharing my knowledge with them. This sharing of knowledge has helped recruit for the MLM business my wife and I run.

Reminds me of one of my favorite quotes by Stephen Hawking ....

I just remembered something form a webinar I was watching a while back. Not sure if you guys have heard of him but Jon Mroz is one of the top producers in Empower Network, and he said it himself in one of the trainings that he considers himself a very introverted person.

Doesn't like talking, doesn't prospect to his warm market and he's making over $10K a month.

Just proves that social butterflies aren't the only people who are capable of making something of themselves =D
