How to recruit the Mike Dilliards, Randy Gages, ect..

Postby Chris Brown on Tue Mar 27, 2012 9:58 am

For most people recruiting people like Randy Gage, Jonathan Budds, Dani Johnsons, David Woods of the world would be a dream come true.

Now we all use sales funnels the job of a sales funnel is to 1) generate leads 2) Give FREE info the convert those leads (normally through video) then 3) Follow up with Email.

Chet Holmes who has a project that he does with Tony Robbins. Chet Homes uses the same system but on the phone 1) Generate leads 2) Give FREE info through a consulting session 3) Follow up.

Chet Holmes talks about a Dream 100 list -who are your dream 100 customers and call these people send them direct mail in order for them to know who you are.

Because of this I have clients that I do marketing for that are $100,000,000 companies. Al Nin who is a great friend of mine now is a consultant helping billionaires to take action he is one of my clients who is your dream 100?

Send the direct mail once a month and after a year or so many of them will be you customer.

It's nice to recruit people like Mike Dilliards, Chris Brown, Jonathan Budd. It is better to just to know them and have their experience on your business side. Being a member of this site makes it all possible.
As we grow we learn. As we learn we teach.

Hi Chris, your strategy looks great. Implication for the average person will be difficult due to the fear factor.

If its working for you why not write an info product on how to do it correctly? I would definitely love to learn how to do it but a forum post won't get me there. Just a thought :)

Interesting questions here, and I'll play a contrarian here and point out that some of the people mentioned in this thread J.B., Dani J. (fairly her certain about her), haven't personally recruited anyone into a traditional MLM for years, nor am I certain they even have an active downline at all.

Some do have an active downline, such as Mike D and Randy G.

Randy G, I know he is involved in a company, but I'm not certain he actively personally recruits anymore, perhaps he builds his downline for his "team". I do know he was out of MLM for a bit, and is very active on the "speaker circuit".

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of some of them.

Not that their strategies didn't work, they worked and continue to work, but I thought I'd just point out.

Chet Holmes talks about your dream 100 list of perfect ideal customers that you would make more from these 100 customer than most people do from 1,000 customer - most of my dream 100 are not even in MLM or the home based business industry.
