Your 1st 100 recruits

Postby Chris Brown on Tue Apr 03, 2012 12:38 pm

Mark Yarnell who is a legend in this industry, wrote for success magazine, and vote multiple times as the networker of the year.

He has built teams of 100's of 1,000's of people and has seen this over and over again. When a person PERSONALLY recruits 100 people you will find 6-7 people who will make you a 6 figure income.

The question is why do you recruit 100 people? Netquotes which is a insurance lead company says you should close at least 1 out of 10 leads. In my experience I close 8 out of 10 leads but worst case you should close 1 out of 10 leads.

So if you take Mark Yarnells advice you need to recruit 100 people x 10 leads you need 1,000 leads.

I have also meet people who did not need 100 recruits I have friends who are millionaires and they only recruited 81 people.

If you personally sponsor that many people, you will lose most of them. There is no way any of us can give the required help, coaching and motivation to 80 people at once. If we are good, we might be able to work with 3-5 people at a time. I'd rather sponsor 5-10 and build depth, than focus on building width. Network marketing is about a lot of people doing a little, not a little amount of people doing a lot.

I did not say all at once did I? I have another friend who I originally meet in Beverly Hills at a party he recruited 81 people in 5 years and became a millionaire in his first 2 years.

I like the book and Cd by Richard Brooke, The Four Year Career, he talks about four, who get four, who get four and before you know it you have hundreds of thousands distributors on your team.

Most successful in MLM have 2 or 3 key players on their team that is making them all their money. ;)

I'm wondering, if you get 4 who don't get 4? How many will it actually take to find 4 who get 4 and how many will it take for those four and so on. I'm betting it will take quite a few. Maybe not 100 but that's not far off. Even if what you do is completely duplicatable it will take a good number to find the motivated ones from my experience.

I did a video that is you have 2 who get 2 and so on... if they duplicates you will have a team of 4,092 people in 11 days.

MLM fact show that if you recruit 4 people 3 people will drop out with in 90 days. If you focus on recruiting already existing business owner these number will be much lower.

Hi, I'm Ethel Van Zanten and I am new on this Forum and in network marketing. I have kept track of contacts I have made and I average about one recruit in 40 leads. i know I could do better and I will when I find the right technique. Quality is what you are looking for though.
