[Joyce Penner Company: Life Force International Contribution Level: 8]

I sat back on a team call last night and just listened to my team, focused, motivated, encouraging, issuing challenges to each other, developing a healthy, fun competitive edgy-ness.

I've never had a team that wasn't concerned about losing prospects to other team members, hiding their strategies so nobody else would learn them, unwilling to share contact information with anyone below my 3rd level. "That's my team - I'll train them. You don't need to be involved. I don't need your help." WOW!

I knew that wasn't the culture I wanted to be involved with (walked away from everything - residual income, team, everything. I was so disgusted)

So to hear these guys last night almost made me cry. I'd made the right decision by hooking up with Team Inc, tapping into the leadership skills by Bravo and company. This was the culture I wanted !!

So is TEAM momentum awesome? YOU BET IT IS !

That was one example of being involved with the right culture, have you experienced any others?
