So I have been asked to be direct to a marketing company that is established. Now what? Your feedback is welcomed. What would you do?

In a nutshell we generate interest in the program and then turn the client over to the company to present and close for us. For that we get paid $500 to $1100 per sale! Not bad for 15 minutes of work! The company is over five years old. Not bad either! Anyway, I was brought in direct to the company by the founders and I need to hear what you would do in this position?

Michael I say this with all sincerity and not with any intention of taking a jab at you, but...
Shouldn't you already have the answer to that question?

I mean if you were brought into that position there must have been something
that convinced them you were the right guy for the job right? (i.e. you know what you're doing)

You took a position and now want us to tell you how to do the job.

Great question Richard! If at any point I think I have all of the answers - I no longer grow and exist. I am looking for dreamers to answer the question, "What would you do?" In that place ideas are born and I want to learn from you. I think that mindset has lead me to where I am and I do not want to let go of that.
