Who you are sucks, you need to change.

Hey Better Networker,

You know what really burns my A** about our industry?

People are brought in to our industry everyday by Lies... People are told how easy it is going to be. They are told we are not in the selling business we are in the sharing business. All you have to do is make a list of everyone you know and call them and invite them to Fridays meeting.

There is something flawed about the whole system. We market a sales and marketing business to people (for the most part) that know nothing about sales and marketing. The ones that do make it which is a small percent, goes on this long journey of self improvement.

How come the Multi Billion Dollar fast food Industry is ran by teenagers? It's simple, they are a task based Industry. They let people do the task and let the system do the selling.

Something has to change.
Option 1
When recruiting someone tell the truth about how hard it will be for you to be successful. Tell them the truth about the failure rate. Tell them how much they will need to learn about the product. Tell them all the sales training they will need to go through and all the self improvement they will need to do and so on.
Your recruiting numbers will drop for sure. If someone does commit to the business you may have a winner...

Option 2
I don't know is there a option 2

Aw come on Marty. You mean we can't sell them Attraction Marketing and how looooooong that will take to even get one person to join your company if any do.

You mean we can't sell them the shovels so they can go and dig the elusive gold.

You mean we might actually have to teach business skills?

Or the posture behind sales?

Aw come on Marty, there are a lot of people making money off selling crap that doesn't build a profitable business. You want to shut them down?

That's all the stuff Richard and I talked about before we got our system up and running. How can we make it easy, focused on "company" not tools, how do we get away from a non profitable person trying to teach a newbie how to build a business when they don't have a hot clue themselves plus many more issues.

We'd both been around the block and seen or in my case experienced it. We knew, just like you do, where the problems are that is stopping people from experiencing success and addressed them all.

I agree Marty. It's time to bring honesty back into the picture. It's sadly lacking in 95% of what you read or hear online.
