I just learned a hard lesson by not reading my policies and procedures. I had made up my mind to go with a different company and when I signed up with my current company I could get back the $200 I initially put out. Well time has passed and gone by my anniversary date of signing up and because I did not renew my membership for a $10 fee I now lose everything including my $200. Anything like this ever happened to anyone else?
