For me Monday's fly by so quickly, as they are so busy setting up for the week to come and tidying up loose ends from the week before.
Of course weekends are productive also, but in a different way, as this is when I get to spend time with my family, but as far as weekdays go, Monday would have to be my most productive work day.
What is your most productive day of the week, and do you have any tips to make the other days just as worthwhile business wise?
cheers

Re: What is your most productive day of the week?
Well I like to break it down like this:
Monday : Focused on business tasks that are online-related
Tuesday: Focus less on business tasks (but still get stuff done) and focus more on fitness and exercise
Wednesday: Focus on business tasks online during the day, then networking and meet-ups around the community during the evening time
Thursday: More online tasks + fitness and exercise
Friday: A little bit of exercise, some online marketing, and networking at night
Saturday: More of a relaxing day, but I do like to network and meet people during my spare time.
Sunday: Fitness day again.
So in essence, every day is productive, but each with a different focus.

sounds like a good plan! I need to exercise more, I always find excuses not to - don't have time. I will try scheduling exercise into my day, so that I put more of a focus on it and might actually do it.

You will find that exercise also gives you a similar level of mental conditioning too. You can drill down your schedule all the way into a routine as much as you can with your business tasks.
It helps you in both ways. If you mentally discipline yourself to work out, you will also inherit a good sense of discipline to work on your business each day. Narrow it down into a good routine and your self-growth is pretty much determined
Good luck!

Re: What is your most productive day of the week?
Do I have to choose a day? lol... I tend to be productive every day, although I am much more productivity and creative for the first half of the day... (and last)
I find I get more tired and less creative in the afternoons and then come alive again during the evenings...
One of the most IMPORTANT exercises for people it this...
1. Identify what times of the day you have high energy levels and when you have LOW energy levels.
2. Identify your high leverage tasks (tasks & activities which bring you the most results - creativity, blog post writing, info product creation)
3. Identify your low energy tasks (social networking, answering emails, paperwork etc)
Then focus on the most important and high energy tasks (ie creative work), when you have high energy and low energy tasks when you have low energy.
I do all my high leverage activities first thing in the morning... when I am full of energy and creativity. I do my social networking, forum posting, email, admin stuff in the afternoon. Then phone calls and more creative work in the evenings...
By just becoming AWARE of your energy levels and matching up the tasks you do, you'll find you become a lot more efficient in the way you work.
If you get tired during the day (usually after lunch right?), then take a 20-30 min power nap. (any longer and you'll feel worse)
Some people laugh at me when I have a nap... but I tell you what... when I wake up, I am full of energy and raring to go again!
So, it works for me. You just need to find out if it works for you.
A second piece of advice is this...
- If you can... make sure you TAKE ONE DAY off from work each week and spend it with your family, or doing the things you LOVE! Just get away from the computer... (you'll find when you come back, you are more productive!
- Take off a 3 day long weekend every 4 weeks
- Take off 1 week every 3 months (90 days)
When do you find you have the MOST energy in the day...

I agree with Gavin on this one... it's not the day, it's the time of day for me.
I am productive every day of the week, should I decide to work that day. But I'm much more productive in the morning and evening than in the afternoon. I find that taking a short nap during the day booms my productivity.
Each of us needs to find that peak productivity in their own day, and then work within it.

Re: What is your most productive day of the week?
It's funny that the most productive day are the days I am out with my family and friends. I am out meeting people from every where and enjoying their company. They get a chance to get to know me and usually what I do and I get a chance to get to know them. When they are ready I can be there to help them to achieve their goals.
Every day is not a sales day but more like a greet and meet social gathering where you can do social networking at its best.
Every day is an exciting challenge to be the most productive day ever. Meet one-greet one and build your business on relationships.
