"Rise out of Competitive Thought, Never think for a moment the supply is limited." Wallace Wattles - Science of Getting Rich....
Do you believe in abundance, Law of attraction and that the spontaneous power of Spirit is ready to give you everything your heart desires in MLM?
If you truly believe Law of attraction then competition in MLM is a big fat lie. It’s a myth. It’s complete and total b.s.
Think about it for a moment...........If Abundance and law of attraction is true then why worry about your so called competition?
Competition - a myth created thousands of years ago by the greedy ultra ego who wants to keep the masses down cause it believes there isn’t enough to around.
Anyways......There is plenty of supply and the universe is for you and for everyone else at the same time. There is plenty of moooolah to go around. There is no shortage of money.
If competition were true then you must believe that Life in all its glory is limited.
Could that be true? Could life be so limited in its supply?
Just look at nature --- Just watch a good Discovery Channel documentary and you will be in awe with the unlimited supply of nature.
If you want to live a in a state of abundance and truly feel like an MLM millionaire then get rid of the utterly insane belief that you must compete for your piece of the pie.
Squash that belief like the insidious cock a roach you find in your home.
Instead focus on being the most exceptionally greatest and coolest sponsor that would have people pushing and begging to join your team. It's that simple!
Live in a state of unlimited abundance and you will attract all those jaw dropping opportunities in MLM that leave you joyously hopping with cash in hand.
That is how you beat the competition.

I agree with you Richard. Competition for one thing is "good". Keeps you giving your best you to everyone. It's when complacency and/or arrogance sets in that you lose and your competition gains.
I was involved (yes I did some stupid stuff when I started) with a system that taught us how to beat up, tear down the "competition" for our gain. What an assinine way to build a business!
There was such a sense of peace when I realized every company has something good about it, my way is not necessarily going to work for everyone and we can meet and talk to fellow business owners on a different level.

Competition implies there is not enough to go around that the pool of potential prospects is limited and that is where this scarce mentality of gotta beat the competition or else I won't make money comes from. It also creates a sense of separation mentality. You are there and I am over here. Why do you think lawsuits between corporations exist?
You should always look at the so call competition and learn from them. Perhaps they are doing something that you never thought of.

Re: Competition in MLM is a big fat lie!
People seem to have a misconception of a competitive MLM in this business. The competition is within ourselves. We are competing to be the best of what we can be for ourselves and our team and for the company.
Most sports atheles would compete against themselves to be better than before. The other atheles keeps you focused and keep pushing yourself to beat your best.
If you ran a race you would try to beat your last timing. That is your goal.
If you played golf you would try to beat or lower your last score.
If one person sells washing powder and the other sells washing liquid, there is no competition. They are trying to outdo their efforts of past sales.
There is no way we can compete against a trained experienced MLMer with our skills. We just have to train to be the best we can be and improve on that with more experience.
We are not trying to 'keep up with the Jones.' We have to run our own race.
