I send out a valuable video everyday I do not sell anything everyday. Then every 2 - 1 month I offer something they can buy.

How often you email your list and how often to you sell something to your list?

I usually email my list about 1-2 times a month. Not selling anything but offering information is the goal of the emails. If they go to the information site that is where they can buy directly from the manufacturer.
Too many emails may be marked as spam or not read. Every day emails may overwhelm your readers and they will also be ignored.
Once a week would be for the ones who clicks on one of the information sites to offer other programs of value. It would nice for the readers to be looking out for more of your information to check out.
