I loved Jim Rohn's story of "pre-selling".

What couple of things would you absolutely NEED to know before you could go out and start building your MLM?

And could you teach those couple things so they duplicate easily and quickly?

My team uses a system that has been proven to duplicate. In our back office we have all types of marketing and training. We have a fast start launch packet that shows new team members what exactly to do what to say and how to do it. We have everything explained to them so we don't have to be explaining them one by one If they have questions when building their business or need validation from the upline we are there for them. Yup it is duplicatable.

We tell them not to try to explain the business to anyone, if someone is interested then direct them to a website where they can see the presentation, if they like what they see great! If not great! If the prospect is interested but has some questions to 3 way call them with an upline. They are more experienced and it shows the person's prospects that they are not alone and have support if they chose to do it.

Perfect Erika. But how do they get someone interested? What do they need to know to GET someone interested. I agree 100% with letting the tools do the explaining but what I was curious about was what simple thing can you teach your new recruits to get them into a money making situation quickly and easily.

I pique their interest for someone to take a look of what I do.

You don't want to make money, do you?

Hey you know I can you that cell phone service for free?

You know how people love their cell phones and can't live without them but hate their cell phone bill? Well I get paid teaching others how to get free wireless?

I keep it simple I don't explain anything I just take them to a website or give them a DVD that shows what I do and how it can benefit them.

yes i would have to agree systems are the way to go like the saying go's (systems work people don't) as it is easier to put leverage in your own business online then it is to get some reps up and running in the old school way
