I rencently posted a blog post on customer service - http://www.empowernetwork.com/cmorris/blog/customer-service-are-you-providing-value/?id=cmorris and then thought about examples of where customer service is widely recognised.
For instance in restuarants you get great customer service, mainly because the waiters and waitresses rely on tips, therefore they tend to ensure everthing is OK and that you have enjoyed your experience.
My question is, do we do enough to ensure the same in online marketing?
