Yup! but some people are too stuck marketing forgetting that they need to talk to people.

yep, it took me quite a while to work this out. I was so proud of myself at being able to generate stacks of leads, but I was crappy at the follow up. Now I realise that it is quality not quantity that works

yep, it took me quite a while to work this out. I was so proud of myself at being able to generate stacks of leads, but I was crappy at the follow up. Now I realise that it is quality not quantity that works
Put the time and effort into helping people, and you don't have to push, they will follow you

The follow up is easy, the hard part is in those 2-3 seconds of the conversation whether they will like you or not. If they decided they don't like/trust you nothing will matter afterwards and that means no follow up.

Not really. The company is 9-year old but its presence is huge only in Europe. The other continents need a serious boost!
