I start with the product or service it offers.

Is it something that I would use?
Would I use it without an MLM biz attached?
Is it priced well for the market place?
Is there a market for it? It is always best to fall in love with a product that LOTS of other people love. Makes your goal of making money so much easier.

Then I look at leadership, sponsors/mentors, and compensation plan.

But I always start with the product or service. That is the core.
Looking at that may have kept some folks from joining Zeek Rewards.

Thanks for the Reply, Betsy, I appreciate it and for sharing Your Thoughts. Some Interesting Points you have Mentioned, with for me a couple of key ones right at the end, as in Mentors. Personally, For me This is in the the first 3 Things I evaluate.

Yes mentors are very important, especially when you are relatively new to the industry.

You need someone you can turn to, someone you can ask questions of, and especially someone who will give good guidance and support.

However, I still put products and leadership first.

You must first determine if it is a solid company with a product or service you can endorse, and then look for a good mentor.

Of course, timing is important too. If you really want to make money, it is best not to join a very mature company.

Leadership is important, Then The Management, Then Policies and Procedeures, then Compensation Plan.

The Policies and Procedures, are Crucial as they are Your Contract ( if you like) with the Company.
