Wow, can you believe 2013 is just hours away?
For me it feels a little like 2012 just blew by.
Honestly, there are things I wanted to do that I just didn't get to.
This had me reflecting over the year this week and asking myself ...

What Do I Need To Further My Success and Grow My Business In 2013?

What better way to hash this question out than brainstorming with like minded people.
So I'd like to pose the same question to you ...

What Do You Need To Be Successful In 2013


Here's part of my personal checklist of things I will be working on to maximize profits,
productivity and create greater leverage in my master "4 Hour Work Week" lifestyle plan:

• Ravenous Personal Education in the areas of Fortune 500 Leadership & Management, Selling & Community Building
• Increased Efficiency & Systematization
• Top Level Focus On Creating "In-House" Products & Services
• Creating Highly Lucrative Affiliate Offers
• Creating High Converting Affiliate Marketing Collateral
• Increased Use of Video In All Facets Of Our Business
• Blogging Daily @ YouIncPro.com
• Implementing the "Big Bang Formula" to Promote You Inc Pro Content
• Systematizing Our MLM Processes Striving For Maximum Automated Growth & Retention

Those are the top priorities in regards to my personal business goals.

Hi Richard, interesting questions and ones I've been asking myself the last few days.

My goals are a little simpler mostly due to time restraints. Not working for myself from home at this point my time is limited so I look for ways to leverage the time I have.

1. Automation, a set plan to automate the system I have.
2. Copywriting, learn how to write advertising that sells in an ethical but enticing manner.
3. Advertising, what types work best, best places etc..
4. Communication, how to correctly relate to the other persons needs and desires.

That pretty much sums up my immediate goals.

"What Do You Need To Be Successful In 2013"

In
Answering the question, the plan is simple.

1. Automation; thanks to your direction a while back I have tools to automate the sales process. Optimizepress, utilize the training the program offers by studying the Videos and related blog post. Learn how to properly create a funnel and sales system.
2. Advertising, I have learned in a mobile environment it is necessary to advertise. Lots of money can be wasted with trial and error. Instead I have purchased Directory of Ezines and Solo Ad Secrets with upgrades. Again, study the training. Then put it into action.
2. Copywriting, a skill that must be learned for success. The system I use for my Primary offers a Copywriting course. Again, study and take action.
3. Communication, it us essential to properly communicate not only in advertising and the sales process but also in daily communication with team members and prospects. Another skill to be studied, learned and applied. As of yet I do not have a course or information on training. So, first step us to find the proper training materials. This my goal for February.

What I need to become for business.
A. An advertising Guru lol
B. team Leader with communication and leadership skills.

All of the above except for communication are things to be done in January.


Hopefully that wasn't also an "ineligable" (whatever that is) answer.

Hi Richard. Thank you for asking the question. I can feel pressures. Well I know everyone here feel the same way. This is because we need to exceed what we done the past year. And I know each of us are now starting their plans. This 2013, same tactics and strategies to use and a little tweak and improvement.
