Sad News....

Postby Corrisa Malone on Wed May 28, 2008 1:16 am

I just got news of Bob Schmidt's passing from Robin V. Here's the email:

It is with a terribly sad heart that I report today on the death of Bob Schmidt who apparently died while kayaking over the weekend.

For those of you who have never met Bob in person, you likely know him from his many CD's and audio teachings, including the Keys to the Vault.

The Xango family has lost a wonderful mentor, teacher, friend and colleague.

Bob was one of the top business leaders in several companies over the years and we have all been made better for his kind sharing of his experiences and his leadership. His contributions as a Xango distributor will not soon be forgotten.

Please keep Bob's family in your prayers at this most difficult time.

End of email----

I for one have learned a lot from this man and so have countless others in this industry.

So sad.

I got the call over the weekend and my heart sank.

Bob Schmidt was a phenomenal motivator and networker, he helped wake up the
sleeping entrepreneur in me. I've listened to his CD's and seminars at least a
thousand times over. I really felt like he was my business partner.

Whenever I went to see him at the local Scottsdale meetings, (especially when Xango
was first getting started) he would give me his 100% attention. And in Utah, he came over to our table while we were having lunch to discuss strategies, and business, and how excited he was about Xango TV, and how he was going to put together something really
special for the contest.

I will miss him.

My heart goes out to his wife, Barbara, and Tommy and Carolyn Johnson.

I will pray for him, he will be missed.

He was an amazing man, and has left a tremendous legacy.

He helped thousands and thousands of people.

I'm so sad by this news and pray for his family.
