Can I use the www. format instead of the http:// on my affiliate links? I don't want to make the link not refer to me but I like the look of the www. format a lot better than the http://. I think people respond better to the www. format. Am I just being too anal?

Actually, yes, you're being a little anal.

Some platforms will not convert your address into a link if you just post www.whatever.com; you're definitely safer using http://www. , specially if you're sending out email messages.

If you have the means, transform whatever text you want (or the title of your site) into an anchor link, like Dean suggested. You can do that for your signature here on the forum, for emails, and for articles.

One thing I sincerely suggest: do not post affiliate links into any of your social media profiles, whether http:// or www. Please!

I would recommend you get your own domain name and website. There are several links in the resources section of BN to assist you.

use a text link to hide the

ugly long affiliate link or

just go to godaddy and buy

a domain name for $1 then

use domain forwarding. If

you don't know what domain

forwarding is just check youtube

and they should have step by

step videos.
