Press Releases

Postby Chris Tryon on Mon Sep 19, 2011 3:40 pm

I have a question. I have heard that posting Press Releases is an excellent way to get noticed on the internet.

I would like to ask the good people of BN to share their experiences with Press Releases. Have you had any success building your business and generating sales with the company that you are involved with? Please share!

Chris.Hi!

Your question has two problems:

1)You said the good people at B.N....and I am not sure I fit that figure just yet.
2)You said who have made sells using PR. Thus far I have not...but I am implementing it.

Aanndd since I hate to see a worthy question going waste... If you allow me I would say:

Here are tHe new rules of News Releases :

** Don't just send news releases when big news is happening FIND GOOD REASONS TO SEND THEM ALL THE TIME.
** Insteadbof just targeting a handful of journalists,CREATE NEWS REALEASES THAT APPEAL DIRECTLY TO YOUR BUYERS.
** Write releases that are replete with the keywords-rich language used by your buyers.
** Include offers that compel consumers to respond to your release in some way
** Place links in releases to deliver potential customers tom landing pages on your web-site
** Optimize news release delivery for searching and browsing
** Add social media tags for Technorati,DIGG, and del.icio.us so that your release can be found
** Drive people into the sales process with news releases

Chris we all need to fundamentally change the way we use news releases. If you follow these specific strategies for leveraging this once-lowly medium by turning it into one of the most important direct marketing tools at your disposal, you will drive buyers straight to your company's products and services at precisely the time that they are ready to buy.

This is what I learnt.

Now you can understand why I chuckle when I heard somebody talking about selling obsolete courses...and wordshiping the authors...that is not ethic.Do yourself a favor a quit being an affiliate selling courses that will not do any or very little good for the struggling buyer.

Things have changed and still keep changing rather quick...just keep yourself updated...in the very short period of time the so call sells funnel will not serve neither you nor your downline.

Be well,
