Hey Neil,

First off, I would like to say snazzy site. I like the cool header and design. Very modern feel to it.

With that said here are some suggestions:

1) You need a picture of yourself. I see one on the "About Me" page but I think it would help a visitor connect with you on a deeper level if there was a shoulder up shot in the header. When I first arrive at the site, I think it looks cool, but it is very cold. Adding your picture would make it more personable.

2) You need an opt-in. Preferable, the opt-in would be the first think in your sidebar. Now starting out this can be one generated using your auto-responder account. Later on though, you will want a custom opt-in form with a picture to represent your offer.

3) I would change your "Contact Me" to a "Work With Neil" and I might change "About Me" to "Neil's Story" or at least "About Neil."

4) Another thing I would add in the sidebar are social media links. This will allow people to connect with you on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

5) Not sure what you are using the calendar for, but I would ditch it. Unless you are frequently running live events or webinars or something like that.

6) At the end of your articles you should have some sort of call to action. Such as "If you loved this content make sure to share it on Twitter and Facebook" or "I would love to hear your thoughts on this topic. Please leave a comment below to share them."

7) As a way to monetize your blog, you can put banners for affiliate programs on your site. I wouldn't go crazy here. I would put 2-4 small banners (75x75) in your side bar under a heading like "Neil Recommends". Make sure they are quality products that you use and that you would recommend.

That's all I have right now. I hope this helps give you some direction. I am sure others will provide input as well :)

It is a great start Neil. Keep up the progress!

Good start Neil. Nice theme.

A few tips:

1. Use the right column for contact info so it is always seen and your blog is more searchable by your name

2. Leave the Glossary to Wikipedia... it's toooo huge, ever-changing and unprofitable to bother with

3. Get an autoresponder into the top part of the right column... you'll need it for list-building

4. Select 6 blogs you really like and PM me what you think works for them. It's always good to benchmark and brainstorm

Hope it helps ;)

Hi Sandeep

Great Feed Back, I have now added my face book and Twitter Profile to Side Bar. Once I have signed up to Aweber I will Add an Opt in form this too. I wanna start building my list, as I need to start promoting my Biz Opportunity.

Hello Neil,

I like your blog colors and the post scroll on your home page.

Being new to blogging myself, I can't ad anything other than to say, congrtas on at least getting started on your blog. You can make changes as you learn and go. Most people never even get started, so you're already way ahead of the crowd.

Much success and great tips BN fam.
