Re: Eight Habits of the Happiest People
I truly agree with you about being happy most of the days.
I get excited to work days where I can exercise daily and meet people every day. I try to bring a little cheer to everyone I meet.
The downside of this is that everybody isn't as friendly with all the stress they are dealing with everyday.
Most people come from places where they don't speak to each other and just not a friendly group. The locals here are friendly and speak readily to everybody.
It does seems that a lot of people don't even recognize you or see you and get offended when you speak to them.
Just let it roll off your shoulders and smile again!
Remembering the 8 habits of happy people will go a long way on the dark days.

You have also given us a great definition of "Happy." Some people are not quite sure what Happy means but you have spelled it out. Great job

Re: Eight Habits of the Happiest People
Liane, there are so many great points in this post!
Gratefulness is definitely something we should have towards everything.
Without forgiveness we will become bitter instead of better.
If we are not savoring life's pleasures, I don't think happiness will be in our lives.
Some sort of physical activity will enhance our attitude and well being.
I love the list and appreciate your positive contribution to the forum.
Be Blessed!

I love this post, Liane. I hope that someday I can actually claim that I am happy because of these traits.
