When a big change occurs in your life it forces you to change direction. Sometimes the new path may not be easy, but you can be absolutely certain that there is magnificence for you on the new path.

You can be absolutely certain that the new path contains things that you could not have experienced otherwise.

When we look back at a negative event that occurred in the past, we often see how in fact it transformed our life. We see how that event directed us toward a life that we would not change for anything.

This is VERY true!

In the recent past I built a down-line into 18 different countries and was doing about one million dollars a month in volume before the entire thing collapsed due to company issues.

Would I change that? ... NO WAY! ... It gave me insight into this industry that I NEVER would have had otherwise.

Now I am building my FINAL organization because "NOW" I know exactly how to do it! ... And This time, it will be for keeps because I am with a company that isn't going anywhere except up!

Hey Liane,

Ahhhhhhh, Turning negative events into positive outcomes, awesome topic and one that comes up time and again in this industry!

One of the things that I sometimes do with some on my team is have them pick a "negative" event in their life, then I ask them straight out to list at least 3 positive outcomes which occurred as a direct (or indirect) result of that event.

This little exercise is a real eye opener for some and it really illustrates the point of your post.

You know, Liane, I don't worry about the things I don't miss.
I thought I could retire well if I retired early. So I did. If I had any health issues they can be addressed early and I could stay on top of my health and keep it under control.
Later on, I began a seditary life. Not doing anything around the house except keeping up with all the stories on the television. My health went way down.
I don't cry because it happened. But I do look back now and saw this as an awakening for my life. I immediately started to find some natural cure to help my doctor to help me overcome my health issues.
I found something that works for me and addressed my health issues. About a year later, my wife tried it and liked as well. It has improved our health very much.
I thought my life was over until I got up and decided to do something about it. I learned everything I could about my health issues and how to get and keep it under control. I was told that it was useless and it was something that I had to learn to live with for the rest of my life.
I proved my doctors wrong. I am not taking the heavy medications now as I have everything under control.
My illness has turned into a driving force to teach others to live a better life and take better care of ourselves.
