Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all having a great Friday night!

My name is Heidi and live in the Salt Lake City area. I'm originally from Washington State, but moved to Utah about 9 years ago to be closer to my sister and her family.

I work full time as a training coordinator, but I have been working feverishly to suppliment my income the last couple of years. The last couple of years I've mainly spend learning internet marketing. I've made some decent money here and there, but nothing consistent.

I have been interested in network marketing for some time, but hadn't made the jump until recently. I joined Javita (Reserve Your Cup) about 2 weeks ago. I'm really excited about it for multiple reasons.

Anyhow, I'm looking forward to meeting some great people here, building some relationships and learning from seasoned network marketers. I'll also do my best to share anything I can to contribute, although network marketing is quite new to me.

I'm really excited to get started in network marketing.

Here's a question:

For someone new to the industry what would you recommend for someone just starting out as far as learning? I see there is a ton of information here at BetterNetworker, but I'm not sure where to start. Any blogs or books I should start out with? Any must reads for a network marketer?

Are there any sites with free audio's or videos that anyone would recommend? Whether it be motivational, networking stratagies or anything else? I like to use my time at work (day job) to listen to things that will improve my skills outside of my day job while I'm working.
