The only questions by this matter is:

What do you attracting? and What do you want to attract?

This different very important to have not only one who
can explode your business but have more of them to skyrocket
your business. Usually people who trying to know what others people
around him thinking about him, don't attract any people.

Why not try to skyrocket your own business yourself. Lead by example.
It seems to me that a lot of people are too focused on "finding" someone who will do all the work for them.

This doesn't work.
Go out there and contact as many people as you can.
(say, around 20 - 30 a day, which on the internet is not a problem.)

At some point, someone will cross your path, who puts in the same amount of effort as you do, or even more. That's when things start to happen. Then the two of you will find more.... And more. Etc.

But each and every person has to do the work them self first.

And of course, Rutger, you can waste 10's of years trying to find
those who can build business for you and will never find, because
you are not the leader, that you are looking for and it is just like
a bonus - get more educated, more successful and with better
skills people. So it is not searching business: it is personal development
and relationship business.

What you best can do and keep on doing recruit people like you are, because
people relate with same problems, same attitudes, same interests, similar
mindsets and so on, that is why people join people
(to work more productivity and quality always causes big quantity
- it is leveraged income), so if you are not productive for yourself,
usually nobody will join you So every newbie must try to rise up
him productivity, skills and comunication abilities in order to get
quality in to downline.

and the bottom line I would like to say that absolutely everyone can become
successful MLM'er and does not matter if you are poorest people at the moment,
YOU CAN DO IT!

I don't think I ever thought about what people thought of me. I talk to everybody and have a pleasant greeting every time. Any time I might introduce something to a person I never bug them about it later. I greet them pleasantly and talk to them as a friend. I never mention the subject again. That would seems to relax people and not run them away. If they are thinking about it, then they are still thinking about it.
Now those people who come back to me asking questions, I would spend more time with and answer their questions. I suggest to them to check out the website and do the research to find out for themselves the value in the products.
Having people doing their own research, they will learn and eventually sell themselves on the products. Those serious ones are the ones to spend more time with. They are concerned enough to do something about their health and want to learn more.

Thanks Lawrence for that inspiration.
That coud be why my job puts me out front to greet people. Yes, I am still on a JOB. I still love doing it.
Many people still come to me that I have never spoken to before. Word is getting out without me saying much.
Something is working in my favor. I speak to one person. They speak to another set of people without any negativity towards me.
I laugh when the lady ran across the street in high heels in heavy traffic just to walk in front of me to say something. Or the lady who came outside to tell me about the many dresses she bought in different colors and looking to lose weight. Or still the women who position themselves outside strategically seemingly to attract my attention as I walk by. I am very observant and notice everything.
It looks like I spend time with a lot of people, because the word is getting out and everyone is speaking. I do not force my ideas on others which may attract more people around me.
When someone becomes serious, those are the ones I will spend more time with and work with them to help them be who they want to be.

The only other person who should spend more time with is yourself. That time with yourself is spent in your own personal development and learning more on building relationships skills.
For one, using those two ears to listen more and talking less will attract more people who would want to listen to you more and learn what you have to say.
They can see the results and energy in you. They would want to know how you did it and if they could accomplish those same goals as well. Have your prospects feel important and listen to them. That is a very important skill in building a strong relationship that will grow your business.

Hi Mario

Of course Mario, you are right for this point.

I see many MLM'ers specially offline, who trying to talk more than
listen prospects. Usually they talk more because they have big fear
of lost the prospect - this is why they looks like a people who
want to force you and manipulate with you.

As I mentioned in the my previous replies on this thread,
the person, who trying to understand what others are thinking,
does not attract any people.

Via this meeting with the person it usually paralize prospect's minds -
they just trying to read them minds, it does not allow prospect
to think free, trying don't give them a free choice
and
prospect feels sick after the meeting! Even he is smartest guy, but
he will not attract and he will look like a pusher and desperate
people to sell something - personally to me he is not looking as business
person at all!

I personally trying avoid these people
and don't meet them one on one. I don't like them at all I was met
in a past, by the way.

Another important part while build relationship - for sure there
are good MLM'ers for that point, but another reason they fails
building relationship - they don't know what is the moment
to recommend to join them (they gives them a link
to join or sign up too fast) and don't know how to manage the relationship,
while they building relationship they trying to eat eggs as fast
as possible with bagazie - of course these things require experience,
communications, people perspective understanding and for sure
inteligent thinking!

P.S. I remember one of them said to me about him:
"We are like a drugs dealers" - that means people who create
not real fears to work only on people wants, not on people
needs, what causes low retention rate and poor dublications,
because people really understand later he need it or not
and if you really help him to understand he need it or not
you can have him for the rest of your life: sometimes
"NO" meaning "YES" and "YES" meaning "NO"!

Thanks Tadas. When I first started out in this business, I was trained to talk to every body regardless of market. A lot of people ran away from me when they saw me. I lost a lot of friends that way.
I have learned differently from that experience.
I have met a lot of people and of course, a lot of them I do not want them to do this business. They seems to be on other agendas. They were not looking for what I am looking for and striving to achieve.
I am looking for the person who is looking for me to lead them in the direction that they want to go. A win-win for both of us. Building on that type of business relationship will last a very long time
