I saw this telegraphed big in a recent event in my Facebook group

I have a woman's group in which we only share value, (can be from blogs, videos, comments etc) The rules are clearly posted no promotional links.

Had a woman post her link so I told her nicely that it was not allowed

At which she came back with "who are you??"

She actually did more than that, but the main thing is this

Do you come from your power or from your weakness?

Is it more important to plaster your links without regard, do you realize that it is weakness not power on your part if that is what you do?

What you say and post speaks for you regardless whether you realize it or not!

Hope you realize that because success is possible and is so much better when you come from your own power!

Hey Lynda. You do see this all the time don't you?

BUT she was within her rights to ask you "who you were?" Were you admin on that page? If not, you didn't really have any authority (power) other than someone who liked that page/group to tell her she had not read the rules.

That's why she was questioning you. You really didn't have the power (no one had given you authority) to police it.

It still is rather annoying when you see it happening but the only thing we have true power over is our own page or if we've been invited to be an admin (have the authority) to police it.

If it continues, we have the freedom to leave or unlike and go somewhere else, much as we like where we are. That's where we truly have THE power. Control it/own it OR leave it.

" I learn and improve more from my worse swims than I do my best ones"

Isn't that interesting to think of these amazing athletes who can give us such insight. I didn't see that interview but I would be willing to bet all of the top athletes could say something similar to that.

So of course we all want to learn from our "failures" and "mistakes". It has been said over and over that the more you are willing to make mistakes the more you can learn about success!

It is only when we recognise our unique greatness (power) that we can be truly free!

I have come across others who mistakenly think that only the powerful 'Type A' personality doers can build a Network Marketing empire fast. The gently spoken helper type of person may give up their dream of becoming successful when they believe in their 'weakness' (of the gentle and caring personality type).

Communication skills can be learned and mastered. Anyone can do Network Marketing when they can embrace their true self and leverage on their power!

I have always learned that you always put emphasis on your strengths and not your weaknesses.
If you put all your efforts on your strengths you will have no weakness to draw from.
Getting back to the question, no one can blame you for your suggestion when they get booted off the forum from their own action.

Yes Yes Yes I appreciate that! It is not about the type of personality but the decision that we make to first be of service, and to be there for others. We have no reason to be afraid to ask to be paid if we render good service!

What is important to note is that power doesn't come from a personality type but from our inner belief, faith and confidence!

Awesome Lynda for pointing that out. Sometimes I feel like the Facebook Police in my groups. But, you know I am only trying to help since I know what works. Hopefully she took it to heart and found the right way to prospect on Facebook.
