This is probably a question many of you are questioning yourself about. Are you really ready to go into a business? It is not for the faint of heart or the one with little patience. Finding that right vehicle to market is another route to ponder. What to market? How do you brand yourself in your target market? Do you have the time to develop a business on the side? Do you have the resources to expand your business? How long will you have to hold on until the real money comes in?
These and many other questions will come up when you think about starting a home base business. What caused you to pick the market you are in?
A lot of people do not have what it takes to go into business. It does take a lot of time, patience and hard work and all of that is just before you make the first penny. Do not try to recruit everybody to go into business. They will have to want to and their desire to go into business.

Re: Are You Ready To Go Into Business?
You point out a lot of great questions that people need to ask themselves. Very few people like what they are doing in there J.O.B. and are looking for something better. Most people never move past the looking, out of fear of the unknown.
It is when people can step out of the rut that they are in, that they will move forward. They need to set goals, and educate themselves before they spend money to start there business. Most people never plan to fail, but they fail to plan. They never find the right education that they need to succeed.
Great post, I look forward to reading more.

Re: Are You Ready To Go Into Business?
The temptation of striking out on your own in your own business will probably always be on your mind. But versus being on a steady job with benefits like paid vacations, holidays, sick days, etc. Plus two whole days off and having a regular pay check with bonuses and raises is hard to turn down. It may be hard to go to work on a boring job with little pay but it may be harder with no pay and still working until something turns up.
There is a saying, 'don't quit your day job,' begins to mean something until you can replace your job with income from your own business.

Mario.Hi!
The economy...the whole culture is being shaking right now.
Right Now what I consider important is :
1** Talk Fusion Global as my prime Business.
2** Cross-Chanel Mojo a very nice marketing platform.
3** FBwebinars...a nice platform to conduct webinars using Facebook
And the only marketers that are appealing to me now a days are:
I** Mike Klingler from Online School...located at Portland Oregon.(Coaching vs Selling)
II* Brendon Burchard from Experts Academy...located at Portland Oregon.(Info creation products)
I like their integrity and admire their skills and excellent programs.
And Mario before I go I want to let you know that for me the most important ingredient in the success formula is the MINDSET...I wrote an article that explain a bit about it please go here whoever believe this humble article would be useful:

Re: Are You Ready To Go Into Business?
Thanks, Ken.
I stepped out of my comfort zone when I decided to retire. Leaving such a dependable base of a regular income was hard to do. But it was something I personally had to do for myself and my family. Planning was not in mind when I left, so I came back to what I was used to doing until I could get a plan in place.
Many people have to make that big personal decision for themselves. Getting them started on the right track is there only when they are ready.

Striking out on your own doesnt have be fraught with danger, think it through and if you are currently employed then stick with the day job until the income from your business can support you. My feeling is that if it is something you really want to do then the motivation will be there and once you are going there is nothing more satisfying. My own motivation was not wanting to be sitting in my rocking chair wishing I had at least tried. Life is too short for regrets.

Re: Are You Ready To Go Into Business?
The common questions for anyone who desire to start business are: How to raise cash to start business, and where to get money for my business?
To raise cash to start business is not as hard as most people seem to think. This is particularly true when you have an idea that can create you and your backer rich. in fact, there's more money obtainable for new commerce ventures than there are good commerce ideas. We will help you for where you can get money for commerce.

Re: Are You Ready To Go Into Business?
Ernest,
This is true if you are trying to start a stand alone business. The financing is there for the taking. Some provide counselling and planning.
But for the home base business owner, there is only your own money and experience to back you. Many a home base business does not qualify for business loans. That you will have to fund yourself. Start with a shoestring budget and go from there. Using your own personal money and loans to start with and keeping the expenses down until you see the real money coming in from the business.
Thanks everyone for your contributions. We are on a great start in teaching others how to start their own business from the ground up and not losing their shirts in the process.
