As many of you know the creators of Myjetstream spent over $100,000 creating it, which as we all know is drawing in hordes of people.
Part of the Myjetstream system is to keep the deliverablilty high. Just like with Aweber, or Getresponse, they want to make sure their e-mails are getting through.
Long story short, you cannot be spamming anyone. Don't invite people through the invite wizard you don't have permission from, and don't spam these people, unless you're truly working leads.
I guess they had a little bit of a problem with me because I was driving so much traffic to my website (shame on me for working my business really hard).
Anyways i'm getting 50-80 hits on my website a day of quality prospects. Well now after 2 months of tons of opt-ins, 2 idiots tried to claim I was spamming.
Too bad I have everyone's ISP including the two weasels that said I was spamming them. Regardless, they have been removed from my autoresponder, and can stay broke forever.
I just want to let you know that they are watching everyone to make sure the system runs efficiently for everyone. They can't risk getting shut down, so don't spam.
Just wanted to make sure I sent out the warning, but in all reality it's a good thing, because they are protecting the most powerful state of the art recruiting system, that no other Network marketing company can even touch.
Happy Prospecting,

Re:Myjetstream Spam Watch
How can someone claim they are being spammed if they have opted in? That doesnt make sense to me.
Totally agree about the invite wizard. We need to be SURE we have the person's permission.
I know Corey mentioned there will be some enhancements to the MyJet Stream site. It's already so powerful so can't wait to see what they have planned next.

Hi William-
Thanks for the heads-up.
Were you driving traffic to one of the MJS opt-in landing pages? If so, visitors must confirm they agree to receive emails in order to become pre-enrollees.
Or were you doing something else, like sending invite wizard emails to cold market prospects? Good to know for others using MJS so we can avoid the spam situation...

Re: Myjetstream Spam Watch
My understanding regarding opt-ins is that legally there needs to be a double-opt in for the list to be a solid "marketing list."
A double opt-in means that the user signs up and then confirms their sign up at the email address that they used to sign up.
Perhaps a single opt-in sign up isn't "illegal" but I wonder why they aren't using a double opt-in (the industry standard, in my opinion).
Cheers,
Kevin
